Easy Peach Galette Recipe
It sounds elegant, but it is not! A gallette is basically an open and open cake that does not require perfection. It is an excellent dessert when you want cake, but you don’t have cake time.
This Peach Galette recipe is perfect for using its peaches in the season. Make your own cortex or use a shop bought.
Easy Peach Galette Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups of peaches with chopped and slices (2-4 peaches) (1/2 inches of slices and can leave the skins put)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cake cortex (homemade or bought in the store)

Instructions
